Additionally, if you are Government employed as a Police Officer,

School Teacher, Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Personal

The purchase price of the HUD homes in certain areas

Is Reduced by 50%

 Government employees buying a $150,000 HUD home as an example

Will have a purchase price of only $75,000 which is financed by FHA,

Your total out-of-pocket cash expense can be limited to $100.

The HUD program is restricted to Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Utah
